Today Hope Vere Anderson announced plans for the annual Society of Antiquaries of Scotland Annual North America Dinner Meeting to be held in Atlanta Georgia on October 19 at the Hilton Northeast Castle on the Hill Hotel. 

“I plan to attend the Stone Mountain Scottish Festival and Highland Games on October 19 and 20, when I will be hosting the annual Society of Antiquaries of Scotland (FSAScot) dinner at the Hilton Northeast Atlanta; the Castle on the Hill hotel. In my role as the Society’s Honorary Secretary North American Affairs, I enjoy meeting with USA Society fellows and other friends every October in the Atlanta.â€

“You see, I have been a Fellow of the Society for over forty years, with my grandfather (seven generations ago) being a founding father of the Society along with co-founder Sir Walter Scott.
